hello world ,
Well my name is John Cusick and I am a Performance and Exercise Coach based in Norwich England. I specialise in Conditioning for Golf and MMA as well weight loss and Kettlebell Coaching. I have just launched my website www.norwichpt.co.uk and would like as many reviews and opionions as possible to make it a useful tool and resource. I am rubbish at spelling so any mistakes you spot please let me know.
I am going to use this blog to talk about general fitnesss stuff I find of interest articles I have read etc and will be added a more specific blog to the www.norwichpt.co.uk
